This is a guided space to reconnect with your emotions safely, restore trust in yourself, and take a gentle, grounded step forward.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:

In this 4-week guided experience, participants will:

  • Reconnect with their emotions in a way that feels safe and manageable
  • Learn how to listen to feelings without being overwhelmed by them
  • Restore trust in their own inner signals and emotional wisdom
  • Experience greater calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness
  • Leave with a clear sense of their next inner step forward

This is not therapy.
This is not emotional processing without boundaries.

This is a contained, supportive space to

feel again — gently — and move forward with dignity.

The Return to the Heart is offered as a live, guided group experience with clearly defined start and end dates. Each group moves through the same four-week arc, allowing for depth, continuity, and a contained experience.

  • March Group: March 5 – March 26

  • April Group: April 2 – April 23

  • May Group: May 7 – May 28

  • June Group: June 4 – June 25

Sessions are held weekly on Thursdays at 7:00 PM EST.
Each session lasts approximately 60–75 minutes.
