By enrolling in The Return to the Heart, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Nature of the Program I understand that this program is an educational and personal growth experience. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health treatment.
Personal Responsibility I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own emotional well-being, choices, and participation during and after the program.
Not a Crisis Support Program I understand that this program does not provide crisis support. If I am experiencing acute distress, I agree to seek appropriate professional or emergency support.
Emotional Awareness, Not Emotional Processing I understand that the program focuses on emotional awareness and reflection, not trauma processing or clinical intervention.
Group Confidentiality I agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share personal information disclosed within the group.
Voluntary Participation I understand that sharing is always optional and that I may choose my level of participation at all times.
Release of Liability I release the facilitator and hosting organization from liability for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from my participation in the program.
Respectful Conduct I agree to engage respectfully and honor the boundaries of the group space.
