The Burnout Reset is an eight-week emotional intelligence–informed coaching and education program designed for caregivers, clinicians, coaches, and other heart-led professionals who are giving deeply—and feeling the cost.
This is not a productivity fix or a quick mindset shift. It is a grounded, human approach to burnout that supports nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence skills, and sustainable boundaries in real-world environments.
Across four focused modules, participants learn practical tools they can use both on shift and at home. The program integrates short, research-informed practices—such as 90-second resets, body-based cues, boundary and de-escalation scripts, and simple advocacy strategies—to rebuild steady energy, emotional regulation, and clear communication.
The program concludes with a personal 90-day sustainability plan, supporting continued growth beyond week eight. No perfection required—just honest practice and meaningful support.
